The Idea

Instead of just telling people it works, they showed it. A "Day in the Life" video series followed real examiners as they balanced marking with their everyday routines. From classrooms to quiet evenings at home, each story revealed not just how they made it work, but why it was worth it.

The videos provided a first-person viewpoint describing the freedom, financial reward and sense of purpose examiners get from the role and how it's on their terms.

The Outcome

The series gave potential recruits a clear, human picture of what the job is really like. It helped shift perceptions, build trust, and inspire action.

AQA's campaign was a success and this content played a key role in driving sign-ups.
