Can you share company values so that viewers feel them and know they are authentic?
Start with the people who live them.
Avanade wanted to bring their culture to life, demonstrating how values like flexibility, wellbeing and purpose show up in real employees' lives. The goal was to strengthen internal connection by showing the real people behind the roles. Not just their titles, but what drives them.
The Idea
Five standout individuals were profiled, each blending personal passions with professional purpose, from an Olympic athlete to a youth charity volunteer. A mix of office footage, home filming, and employee-supplied clips gave each story a warm, human feel.

The Outcome
Five short films, full of honesty and energy. They played across Avanade's global offices, and offered a compelling, authentic snapshot of company culture in action.
Because when values are lived, they need to be shared, not explained.
