Accenture were pitching to win a major deal with one of the UK's biggest financial institutions. They had a powerful vision: how AI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and CoPilot tech could transform customer experience, but they needed to land it.

Seeing is believing. Creating a story that focuses on the customer journey, overlaying software as it would actually work and adding AI interactions allows the viewer to see the impact the solution could have in just 4 minutes. Something a weighty proposal document can never achieve.

And underlying it all, a clear understanding of the financial services space, Microsoft technology, and how enterprise buyers think.

The outcome

A standout pitch asset that cut through complexity and helped Accenture show up differently. One stakeholder said it was "the first time we truly saw how it would work in practice." In big deals, emotion and clarity win. This video help deliver both.

A generic version was also created enabling Accenture to reuse the content in future bids and campaigns targeting other financial institutions. It gave the video lasting value, turning a single opportunity into a wider asset with long-term impact.
