The Brief

Ultima was hosting a customer workshop in London on one of the most talked-about topics of the year: AI. They wanted to showcase their expertise, capture customer testimonials, and use the content to promote future events.

The Thinking

Event videos work best when they capture the energy of the day, so the focus was on vibrant b-roll of engaged conversations, group discussions, and authentic reactions. A dedicated interview space at the venue allowed for quick, casual vox pops during breaks, perfect for gathering enthusiastic customer testimonials when energy was high.

The Outcome

The final deliverables included a fast-paced 3-minute event video and nine social clips, extending the event's reach across channels long after it ended. The content built credibility, showcased Ultima's momentum in the AI space, and gave customers a platform to share their voices.
