iplicit were sponsoring and exhibiting at a major industry event in London, a high-profile opportunity and a big investment. The goal was to get more than just a logo on a lanyard and make sure the event delivered lasting impact, including capturing a key customer presentation during a breakout session.

The Thinking

Rather than simply filming the event, the team saw a bigger opportunity: turn it into a content goldmine. Two crews worked in parallel, capturing live customer testimonials on the stand, the atmosphere of the event, and the breakout presentation. With customers, prospects, and the iplicit team all in one place, it was the perfect chance to create material that would keep delivering long after the event wrapped.

The Outcome

Across the day, 13 customers were interviewed and more than two hours of testimonial content was captured, along with presentation and b-roll footage. The result was enough material to fuel months of marketing including social clips, persona-led edits, thought leadership, and campaign assets, making the event work harder than ever.
