The Brief

Oceania is a luxury cruise brand with a strong following and a clear point of difference in service and cuisine. With the launch of their new ship, Vista, they needed content that could both educate the travel trade on what makes Oceania special and inspire consumers with high-end campaign content.

The Thinking

To capture the essence of luxury, the focus was on real people and real moments, guests and crew living the Oceania experience. Over a week onboard Vista in the Mediterranean, interviews were recorded with more than 30 guests and crew, alongside behind-the-scenes moments in kitchens, service highlights, excursions, and onboard life. A presenter tied the story together, ensuring a warm, narrative-led flow. The aim was emotional storytelling, not a hard sell.

The Outcome

The result was a library of over 40 bespoke videos spanning campaign assets, trade training content, and sales tools for agents. Each piece conveyed Oceania's premium feel through authentic human moments, helping to inspire sellers and convert first-time cruisers alike.
