For Oceania Cruises, the travel trade is a key audience. Agents and advisors need to stay up to date on everything from new itineraries to launch dates, but the existing webinar format of slides and a single presenter wasn't engaging enough or reflective of Oceania's premium brand.

The Thinking

To raise the bar, a fully virtual 3D studio was created, transforming routine webinars into TV-style broadcasts. Scripts were refined, presenters coached, and episodes directed for clarity and pace. This wasn't just a comms update; it became a broadcast experience with polish and energy.

The Outcome

The initial project evolved into a regular programme: a series of 30-minute episodes featuring guest speakers, destination B-roll, and clear calls to action. The improved production value boosted engagement and helped strengthen trade relationships while aligning perfectly with Oceania's brand.
